It should be possible to open multiple windows so the user can work with different sessions at the same time.

There seem to be threading issues when using multiple views. Setting this to On Hold since it's not relevant for the initial Windows Store release.

Open question: What happens when the same session is opened in multiple instances of the app, especially when the session is saved to disk in one of the instances? Should we just forbid this scenario?
