compatibility with uBlacklist

dropping another feature request. Would love for compatibility between stract and the uBlacklist web extension. Havent super looked into what would be needed for that to happen, but might do.

I think this is something that should ideally be added to uBlacklist. We can add some classes to the search results to make it easier for them to get the urls and apply the rulesets
