App crash on bundleRelease - java.lang.IllegalStateException

Hello, we have received number of crashes with this kind of error

Here is implementation of get steps (if those are connected to issue). We wrapped calling method in try catch to prevent crashes, but seems like not helping, as exception is on native part of code

version of library: 0.19.1
rn version: 0.70.1

any advice here?
