Latest pack release (v0.10.0) is unsyc with the Exchange Index (v0.9.13) #46

StackStorm/stackstorm-k8s#175 found that pack metadata index for kubernetes pack has v0.9.13 as the latest version https://exchange.stackstorm.org/#kubernetes.
However the actual latest release in this pack is v0.10.0: https://github.com/StackStorm-Exchange/stackstorm-kubernetes/releases

Looks like https://app.circleci.com/pipelines/github/StackStorm-Exchange/stackstorm-kubernetes/33/workflows/f21144e2-7362-4959-93e4-d62508515860 failed and we're in unsync state here. Needs fixing/redeploying.
