Angular 15 seems not suported #271

Hello,
We just upgraded from angular 14, to angular 15, and Angular2-Toaster does not show any toasts any more ...
Any ideas ?

seems to be related to the fact we use bootstrap5, which uses the same toaster css class name as angular2-toaster: toast-container
