Allow filtering File Ingest log by status

Feature Description:

Allow filtering file ingest tasks in the web interface based on status

Current Behavior:

Currently up to 100 file ingest logs are displayed at a time

Desired Behavior:

Allow filtering based on status such as completed, running or error.

Use Case:

When ingesting large data, it can be 15k+ ingest requests for just one collection, it is not easy to see if any tasks are erroring or how many are pending ingestion.
