SkyEye extension

Hello,

SkyEye is a GCI bot for DCS World. Starting from version v1.1.0, SkyEye can be deployed on the same computer that is also running DCS World, if the user configures cloud-based speech recognition instead of local speech recognition. This makes it suitable for inclusion in this project.

(Note: Local speech recognition on the same computer as DCS World is not an intended configuration)

Note these guides use WinSW to manage the service, but skyeye.exe can also be run directly.

Hey mate, I have seen the solution already. As soon as I find the time, I'll add support for it.
