Translations updates.

@ElWazy @MrCoolAndroid You may both noticed I have removed the Spanish translations due to the major changes I did to the code. Previously the reason I did that was due to the crashes I haven't handled and cared much about, but the current implementation did much to change that and WebCord will now fallback to the English strings instead when the translations are incompatible within the newer versions – so I no longer have an issue with the community translations being pushed into WebCord's git repository. The work is also planned to implement a new mechanism to separate community-made translations from the official ones (i.e. maintained by me). This way I'll adapt the translations to have a metadata like the full language name or translation authors array.

As of now, I don't think any translations should be made because I need to rethink many aspects about the translations implementation, including if I should rewrite the About panel window to use HTML website instead with more details like the project's license, translations contributors etc. So, if you're still interested in translating my application, I would recommend to wait once I'll release a stable release of WebCord v2.0.0.

I hope that makes clean about what is going on right now within the app translations. I will give my best to document everything I will change within the code for better understanding of the changes done into WebCord's localization implementation. So please stay tuned and watch the Features.md if you want to get informed when I'm satisfied with my work on the l10n support.
