Asset list needs desktop-friendly horizontal scroll

The scroll bars are quite minimal (by design) and hard to spot in this particular component due to surrounding contrast.

A clearer scroll style would be nice, but it might not be as aesthetically pleasing elsewhere. One option is to style this particular scrollbar differently, but this also introduces design concerns.

Another option is to place left/right buttons hovering over the left and right edges which scroll the container by some amount of blocks.

The container already has scroll snapping enabled so that should be fine if it's slightly inaccurate.

And when the scrolled content is at the end (either end) the control can disappear.
