[bug] "delay" doesn't work after trying to drag the item in Firefox #2425

Can't click and hold or tap and hold after trying to drag element in Firefox

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to draggable element
Tap it and scroll up or down
Release your finger
Tap and hold over draggable element
Drag operation does not start

Expected behavior

Drag operation should start
