Issue and question: Which game version did you use for your cheat table?
I would assume much like the PS3 version, you used the US version, which would be RT4EAF. Can you confirm?

Edit: I tried both the EU and US version with the Dolphin Version 2409 - rev: 3c4d4fcd09173ea070dc812ab5d64ca3a3af5f29
For US, I tried to activate the first script "Enable on the Main Menu", both in the title screen, where you press a and b together, as well as in the menu ingame for switching your party around.

For EU, I tried to activate the first script "Enable on the Main Menu", both in the title screen, where you press a and b together.

Both tries resulted in the Error: "The array of byte named emilModel could not be found"

Oh, I forgot to update the README with that, my bad.
It is indeed RT4EAF.

I just rechecked the table (on latest Dolphin) and it still activates just fine for me. Did you enable MEM_MAPPED in Cheat Engine?

Yes, that fixed it! I followed your troubleshooting guide of course, but apparently CE resets the options when you exit and / or change games, which I did a few times.
