What version of Node.js are you using?

v16.13.1

What operating system are you using?

Ubuntu

What version of SnailyCAD are you currently using?

v1.62.1 8c74432

Describe the Bug

Currently it seems incidents isn't programmed to show the active incident, as such I have just gone on duty and find myself attached to a very old incident:

Expected Behavior

It should only show an incident that is not closed, an active incident relevant to the officer in question.
