micIcon and stopIcon are reversed

Describe the bug
In the VoiceRecordingConfiguration, I think micIcon and stopIcon are reversed

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

micIcon: Icon(Icons.mic,color: Colors.black54,),
stopIcon: Icon(Icons.send,color: Colors.black54,),

as below pic can see the micIcon turn into send while the stopIcon turn into mic

Expected behavior

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: emulator / oppo 8 pro
• OS: android14 / android14

Additional context
if micIcon and stopIcon are exist, it will not following the recorderIconColor and the CancelRecordConfiguration cancel icon is overflowed when run in the real phone

emm...but there is a little flaw that when i run in my phone the cancelIcon still will get the overflowed pixel while in emulator is no problem.
