Building a thin-ZEP SiEPICfab process

Kashif Awan at UBC has developed a thin ZEP process, which is well calibrated in collaboration with Genisys.

We will be building a PDK and Library of devices. These need to be copy/pasted, perhaps some parameter sweeps built, layouts created, fabricated, tested, and compact models built.

We are looking for people who may be interested in contributing to this effort.
