Use Variant metafields for dynamic sources on product pages

Currently it's possible to reference a product metafield value as a dynamic source in a block as part of the product page template.

It would be nice if we could also use variant metafield values here too, as some properties differ depending on the variant.

FWIW it's already possible to add a variant metafield via a custom liquid block/section and {{ product.selected_or_first_available_variant.metafields.namespace.key.value }} - but this doesn't yet automatically update once shopper switches variants
