[BUG] GIF file being converted to PNG when uploading artwork

Describe the Issue
When trying to upload the attached gif file the uploader converts it to a png file but works fine when uploading other different gif files

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

1. Go to 'Upload Artwork'
2. Select the gif file attached on this post and upload it
3. See the gif has turned into a static image and reuploding the main file shows the file as a png instead of a gif

Expected Behaviour
The gif file should be moving and stay as a gif file instead of a png file

(having trouble to attach the gif file without making it into a huge image display on this bug report so uploaded it on a image hosting site instead)
