Issue description

When running the command 'yo @microsoft/sharepoint' and choosing a new REACT webpart - a webpart is generated with 90 vulnerabilities, 56 medium and 34 high - will these ever be resolved?

If no - is it an issue, or are these all packages, that are not published when build?
