If it's not pin-compatible with a Wii Remote camera and doesn't use the same I2C stream and protocol, then no. Currently this project (and by extension, GUN4IR & SAMCO) are only made to work with the Pixart sensors found in Wii Remotes, which are what DFRobot sells as the SEN0158 module. Hey! i have an old Top Gun with this IR Camera:


it has 6 solder points and is able to see at least 4 LEDs. Linux Driver here: https://github.com/Ansa89/topgun-linux-driver
Will this ever work as a DF Robot replacement?
