META: Branding/Icon request

As cute as the Narikiris are, even I have to admit that Tales of Destiny has nothing to do with the name or theme of the application. The placeholders should be removed by the time the app launches and have an actual ico that ships with the application properly (especially as Wayland basically mandates we have an icon, or else get the default yellow W of doom).

Ideally, the icon should:

• Understand what Nero is a reference to (in relation to what it's running atop of, umu)
• Lean into the namesake and the project's tagline
• Can be either vector (one-size-fits all) or hicolor raster pack (many bitmap images from 32x32 up to 256x256).
• Not look like a GNOME app
• Not be a complete or literal meme (not only would it make this project come off as disrespectful, but... c'mon, people have standards)

I am absolute shit at graphic design, hence why the last project I worked on had art provided by another individual. While I cannot provide (at least immediate) monetary compensation, contributions will be appropriately credited on the front page README.
