⚠️ Issue:
Currently, users can only choose from a fixed set of tags. This limits the flexibility of the system.

⬇️ Reproduce:
Doc2Vec (in theory) should be able to make recommendations with user-created tags.
The bottleneck lies in search. Search uses filtering right now and this does not work well with user-defined tags.
Some form of machine learning is needed to make user-defined tags compatible with search.
