[Bug]: smplayer error on uninstall

Prerequisites

• I have verified that I am using the latest version of Scoop and corresponding bucket.

Expected/Current Behaviour

uninstall shows errror

Steps to Reproduce

> scoop uninstall -p extras/smplayer
Uninstalling 'smplayer' (24.5.0.0).
Running pre_uninstall script...Copy-Item:

Unlinking ~\scoop\apps\smplayer\current
Removing persisted data.
'smplayer' was uninstalled.

Possible Solution

see why smplayer.ini doesnt exist, update manifest.
