I just downloaded the histoCAT_1.74_Windows10 version of histoCAT on my Windows 10 computer. I created object masks as previously done at my institution through CellProfiler to plug into histoCAT to then identify single cells, but when I go to "Load samples" and choose the appropriate files, nothing happens. My files are uint16 .tiff files generated through CellProfiler, and I do not get an error in histoCAT where the file formatting or naming is incorrect or in error. Rather, it says its fully loaded the image data, but the prompt to specify the number of pixels never comes up and nothing shows in sample names or channels names either. I have referenced the histoCAT manual, uninstalled and re-installed the program, and nothing has resolved.

Hello there, Load samples is not responding for me either. I do have the newest version for windows installed (1.76). I've also tried the previous version now (1.75), just to be sure. Neither work. I am unable to open the exemplar images by dragging and dropping them either. Any suggestions?
Hi, I am experiencing the same problem, also with the example images. I do get the prompt for the pixels, and for the transformation but after that nothing happens. The samples and channels are all empty.
