As a user, I want

As a Developer, I want a programmatic way to ETL the EDAM ontology so that this process is reproducible and EDAM data no longer need to be tracked in this repository.

Description

Copy-paste and adapt the project iatlas-data

Acceptance criteria

• The new project should generate a Docker image that includes an ETL Python script.
• The ETL Python script does be empty for now; the development of the ETL script will be tracked as a separated task.
• The ETL container should be included to the OC stack.
