How have you downloaded and installed it? Are you able to use your browser "Inspector" in console to see what height limits may exist on the elements? |

I've downloaded and installed the editor and no matter what I do it spans the browser screen width, but only two inches high.
I read the installers and help files and cannot figure out what is wrong. Please help.
