Add option to RMT to only download the latest version of packages #879

When mirroring a repository, RMT download's all versions of every package.

It would be great if RMT could be configured to only download the latest available version of packages, a bit like reposync's -n option for RHEL based systems.

I think this opens scenarios where users could run into dependency issues. But if you're aware of that this sounds like a useful feature.

Customer would be interested in something like this, but perhaps with the caveat that there'd be n-1 patches presented. Where there's a current version and one that's older in the event that they'd have to revert.
