Following the 0.1 release, and particularly if #72 is finished, we will need versioning on the documentation so that we can have a stable version on top.

Normally sphinxcontrib-versioning is used for this, but its not being maintained very well, so I am currently trying to make it work for the Sphinx version we are using (1.8.5).
