We only collect information necessary to provide and improve our service. This includes:

  • Spotify User Data: When you log in through Spotify, we collect information about your top played tracks from your Spotify profile.
  • Local Storage Data: We store your Spotify access token locally on your device to authenticate your session.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information collected is used to:

  • Access your top played tracks on Spotify.
  • Allow you to create playlists within the app.

We do not share your data with third parties, and we will not use your data for any other purposes beyond those stated here.

3. Data Security

Your data is stored securely, and we only keep the Spotify access token locally for authentication during your session. You may log out at any time, which will remove the token from local storage.

4. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Remove access to your data by logging out of the app. Upon logging out, all access tokens and session data will be removed from your device.
  • Logout from your Spotify account on your browser, which means that you would have to login again to allow the top trax application access to your Spotify data.

5. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated Privacy Policy on this page, and the changes will be effective as of the date they are posted. Please review this page periodically for updates.

1. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use TopTrax for personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with this EULA.

2. Restrictions on Use

You may not:

  • Use TopTrax for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • Use TopTrax in any way that may interfere with its intended functionality or other users' experience.

3. Spotify Content

TopTrax uses Spotify’s API to access user data. This app is not endorsed by or affiliated with Spotify. You agree to comply with Spotify’s Terms of Service when using Spotify content through TopTrax. You are also responsible for ensuring that your use of Spotify’s API and content complies with the terms and guidelines set by Spotify.

4. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of TopTrax. Use the app at your own risk. We do not guarantee the availability of Spotify's service or content, and we are not responsible for any interruptions or failures related to Spotify's platform.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to TopTrax if you violate this EULA. As the app does not store any personal data or access tokens after logout, no further action regarding data deletion is necessary upon termination.
