assets/css/style.scss doesn't apply to pages generated from the other repos.

Maybe I could fix this by creating a 3rd-party theme, then importing it?

This is not specific to overrides, it happens with built-in themes too.

I'm tired of Jekyll. I would rather write my own style-sheet than deal with themes
