Autoupdater breaks folder icon

I use custom folder icons for my emulators and every time RMG updates the folder reverts to the default one.
The desktop.ini file doesn't change though, which is very strange.
Behavior has been consistent for all versions so far after autoupdate.

I don't think I can fix this, I just use innosetup for the RMG installer and it doesn't seem to provide an option to keep the existing folder icon, though I don't know why it changes it at all.
