Is there a way to get the timezone offset similar to what javascript returns?

I would expect a value similar to what javascript is returning when calling:
var offset = new Date().getTimezoneOffset();

Found a solution:

List<ZoneId> zones = engine.getTimezoneFromLocation(lat, lon);
            ZoneId zone = zones.get(0);
            ZoneRules rules = zone.getRules();
            Instant instant = Instant.now() ;
            ZoneOffset off = rules.getOffset(instant);
            int seconds = off.getTotalSeconds();
