For some reason this issue never came to my attention 😅 thats how supported it is.
I created this a long time ago for a specific use case i had. Ad this point in time its not possible to change multiple records.

If i would create this service again i would do lots of things differently. (Every developer can probable relate haha)

It still works if this fits your use case. Otherwise feel free to open a pull request :)

Today I forked from this project and refactored the code to support multiple domains and dns entries. Should be ready in a few days.
