In Photos, you cannot recover deleted albums (once you quit Photos and can no longer use
Edit > Undo). However, the Photos database still stores the metadata about the album and osxphotos reads this data. I've created a script to recover deleted albums. It's a separate repo from osxphotos at the moment as it has some additional dependencies but I may eventually incorporate this as an osxphotos command line tool.Beta Was this translation helpful?
