Searching for address on staging site

Describe the bug
During a use test, when they searched for an address on the staging site, the map didn't come up.
The map was never visible on the survey page.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to survey page
2. No map
3. Enter address
4. Nothing happens

Expected behavior
Map shows up

Doesn't happen when I try to reproduce.

Not sure, it was a user test.

this is probably coming from some sort of client side script blocking - don't think there's anything we can do about this since it's reliant upon the user's browser, if so
