For those of us with very precise sets of maneuvers, could you add the option to make the 'delay' schedule a FC event at a specified UT or MET?

Playing a hardmode game at present, so I lack the funds to upgrade my tracking center and place maneuver nodes. However, I have figured out the exact burn times with my present craft to perform the maneuvers I wish... is there any way to edit planned maneuvers into the savefile?

If the FC isn't using either UT or MET internally for timing, it really should be; the simulated flow should be that the interface either takes a UT directly, or calculates one (from a delay, as presently, or a MET to match the other half of this request), then transmits an instruction including that as the time to cue it. That ought to solve #781, and most other timing-related bugs, into the bargain, since the delay calculation would come at "transmission" time, rather than "resolution" time.
