Strange error with Fan Control and CPU Temp. #2591
Comments
So, did you configure the program to ramp up your fans when the CPU temperature goes up? Send a screenshot of what you got setup in the software. |
Yes of course, sorry I may have expressed myself incorrectly. Only briefly, but that can't be right. I would like to use the tool and would also like to make a donation, but unfortunately I can't find the error. If "Fan Control" is terminated and the fans are running via BIOS then everything is OK. |
I found this post here and tried the "LibreHardwareMonitorLib.dll" from 0.9.2 and 0.9.3 but both don't change anything. EDIT: But I use you a HighFlowNext from which I now read the water temperature with this plugin and now both problems seem to be solved. Must have something to do with the Asus EC Embedded Controller in my case. Unfortunately I don't know any more. |
Fu.... ey _( no unfortunately does not work. The temps jump up again as soon as "Fan Control" is running. |
Do you mean the temps stay high all the time? Any unusual processor load? What's the CPU usage of FanControl? |
HI, I have found the great program Fan Control.
Unfortunately I have a problem that is very strange and I have no idea how to solve it myself.
The program does what it is supposed to do, but as soon as I start CoD III, for example, the CPU temp jumps to over 90 degrees, which is not normal.
Without the fan control running, the temp is back to normal at around 70 degrees.
This only happens when Fan Control is running, if I turn Fan Control off and let the fans regulate themselves via the BIOS then everything is fine again.
EDIT: This is what AIDA64 and HWInfo show me
Kind regards
Alex
