Implement additional output format options

(expanding on the previous definition of this issue)

Add global -o|--output formatting options that apply to all commands:

• json
• csv
• yaml (maybe, aws does this)
• short (figure out what this means for each command)
  • note: kubectl has short and long, not sure if both make sense for us?
• table (prettified)

Note: csv and "short" have been requested elsewhere, so consolidating requests here.
