Map doesnt refocus to show restrooms when off screen

When the nearest restroom is offscreen, the map doesn't zoom out to show it on initialization, but the bottom info window appears. Would be helpful to have the map zoom out if nothing appears in screen range.

Also on app initialization, there's no way of knowing which restroom is selected initially. Not ideal from a UX perspective.
