Markdown headers appear twice in the body of the docs.

It appears to be related to the whitespace at the end of the header name.

Expected behavior
Markdown headers should only appear once.

Additional context
This appears to be a regression between v2.0.0-rc.59 and v2.0.0-rc.60 as when I run with redoc-cli v0.13.1 (corresponds to rc59) the error does not appear.
