Better Community Awareness

We should start using our google Group (https://groups.google.com/forum/#!forum/corgis-datasets-project) to announce updates to datasets.

As part of this endeavor, we should also start making users more aware of it as a channel. We can put links to it on the CORGIS pages and in the docs. Those links would invite users to share what they are doing, and to also mention that they are relying on particular libraries. This can help us react better to community needs.
