What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cant install it, not compatible with unity 4

Technically, I think this issue is invalid, but since it's the only issue on 
here, I thought it would be nice to post this here so that the people who 
starred it can see this.

I fixed the two warnings you get during import based off the information I 
found here: 
http://forum.unity3d.com/threads/160541-I-am-new-I-have-unity4-Where-is-terrain-
toolkit

I updated the version string to 1.0.3 wherever I found 1.0 or 1.0.1 or 1.0.2.  
(Not very consistent, eh?)

Attached to this comment is the patch to apply exactly what I did to the 
current trunk.

Also attached to this comment is a zip file containing a folder containing the 
unitypackage version of the whole thing.  (I copied the 1.0.2 layout as exactly 
as I could in all naming and packaging conventions).

I also posted the zip file on my web site if that is more convenient:

NOTE: There is an error that I get on initial import, still.  I'm not sure what 
it means or if it has any bad effects.  I'm just starting with Unity.
