Starting Picture

As a user when starting the game there is a small picture centered on my desktop which indicates to me that I have started Gothic, Gothic II or Gothic II Night of the Raven. Long ago this was I guess to show me that the game is loading, as the current implementation loads the menu in no time, I guess this won't probably show for long. Anyway this was always part of Gothic games as this kind of "centered pre picture" also happens in Gothic 3 and Risen.
