That's a good question. I'm not sure. Since we haven't published a paper there are probably many ways of doing this.

I see that a package like "geopandas" registered their package on zenodo so that it has a DOI code, and a way to cite it.

Are you considering registering glum to get a DOI? Who should be mentioned as authors?
