Providing current Qalculate! releases via a PPA

There has been some talk of a Qalculate! (GTK) PPA in the past (see #481), and some releases were generously backported by James Lu (https://github.com/jlu5) at https://launchpad.net/~jlu5/+archive/ubuntu/qalculate.

Hanna, do you have any interest/willingness to provide a PPA with current releases?

The Qalculate! Flatpak releases are excellent, but by necessity, Flatpaks have a lot of overhead, and it would be nice to not have that overhead with a calculator.

That said, providing PPA releases will require a time commitment on your part, and so if you don't have that time, then that's okay!
