"We emphasize the following fact in particular.": Consider using a colon instead of period.
"We will see in example in section 2.5 that the answer is no": Should be "the" example.
"equation, the solution set is a line, and when": Either remove 1st and 3rd comma, or 2nd comma should be semicolon.
Note 2.5.27: "Et cetera.: You are in Georgia, so you should use the American spelling and omit the space, but it looks odd in any case because it's almost always abbreviated in English. Consider using the abbreviation "etc".
"If Ax = b is consistent, the set of solutions to is obtained by taking one": Typo
"Again compare with this important note in 2.5": This appears in section 2.4, and the "again" threw me a little. Since the reader hasn't encountered 2.5 yet, the note has information not yet encountered, and the "again" implies that he should have. I took several minutes running this down until I realized it refers to a note "in the future".
"Dimension of the solution set": This is actually "important note 2.4.22", unlabelled, and the link in the 1st line recursively goes back to the note.
