Event alias is in the footer, author alias is printed on each puzzle, and we have a Puzzle.SupportEmailAlias field that appears in the lockout message as well. Do we need more than this?

I think the idea was to have a button that helps the user e-mail, although there was discussion about whether or not that would be bad for PuzzleHunt since it might make it easier to spam the authors. For PuzzleDay I think the request was to make it easy for interns to ask for help on a specific puzzle
