To use Ripple branding.

  • Show MPV with two new fields: PROM Count and PROM Date
  • On MPV, Cog drop down should include tick boxes in Date / Time and Count for PROM.
  • Show PROM on right hand side bar.
  • PROM list shows following fields: Procedure, AOFAS Score, Pain Score, Date, Source
  • PROM list in graph view. Similar to Vitals and shows 2 metrics: Pain Score, AOFAS Score. Both should be toggle-able. Include line for date and time of any associated procedures.
  • PROD edit forms shows 2 sections: AOFAS (Q1 Pain, Q2 Activity limitations / Support, Q3 Walking, Q4 Walking surfaces, Total Score), Pain VAS (Score). Also include drop down to select Procedure.

Outstanding amends:

  • Show business intelligence view with clinical query for 'knee' procedures, which leads into MPV.
  • Show business intelligence view with single bar chart
  • PROMs table - remove AOFAS Score column, rename Pain Score to Outcome Score, Change Procedure to PROM Name.
  • PROMs chart - Show hover effect, only include PROM Score.
  • PROM Edit - Add PROM Name, Re-style select Procedure based on Transfers of Care, Rename AOFAS Score to Specific Questions, Rename Pain Score to General Score.
  • Review outstanding commented issues in InVision.

@simongamester
I have checked your new design and noticed the following things:

  1. As I understood after discussion with Tony that in this field http://prntscr.com/ic9wcb there could be two choices Procedures and Problem-Diagnosis and after the selection, the next field appears accordingly like this one: http://prntscr.com/ic9x94 , http://prntscr.com/ic9xv1
  2. We would need to see the values in these drop-down lists http://prntscr.com/ic9zjo
  3. http://prntscr.com/ica0qh - Tony, could you please confirm if this graph suits you?

@anna-otrokhova Apologies for the delay in my reply.
Regarding your earlier points:

  1. I've updated the Edit PROM wireframe at https://invis.io/CSBN9XEYX#/277060059_Edit_PROM and create a new 'Type' field. Please note that the additional 'Problem' or 'Problem / Diagnosis' field will only display when this Type field is selected, so when creating a PROM, the Type drop down will be blank and therefore the following drop down will not be visible.
  2. Drop down values for all the questions are included in separate comments on InVision. You should be able to see these here: https://invis.io/CSBN9XEYX#/277060059_Edit_PROM Just press C on your keyword to toggle comment mode. Please let me know if you have any issues seeing these and I'll post to this thread.
I'll be around all day if you have any further questions.
    Thanks,
    Simon
