Describe the bug
Unrequired directories and incomplete README files are present throughout the codebase.

Additional context
A lot of directories and files are created as supporting a Vue project, these are not all required and should be removed or tidied. This is not a visible bug from the front end but should be simple enough to tidy the codebase at this high level.
