Fixes exploits
- Doors were able to be opened everywhere, even when a door was not present resulting in doors being placed even in protected regions.
- Infinite clear range by clients. Clients could clear all items on the map (pickup items).
- Invalid prefixes would result in glitch items corrupting inventories.
- Clients were able to change the item type of item drops within their range, which could result in obtaining items dishonestly.
