Can't capture Mac network traffic even though I installed the certificate and trusted it.

Description

The proxyman in my Mac can't capture Mac network traffic even though I installed the certificate. But it can capture the device network traffic.

I also installed the certificate on iOS simulator, It also can't capture the network traffic on it.

I also tried to visit the proxy. In the Mac Safari browser, it says, "Safari Can't Find the Server.", in the iOS simulator safari, it show a alert to install certificate: "This website is trying to download a configuration profile. Do you want to allow this?". And proxyman can capture this request.

What can I do to fix this? I'd appreciate it if someone could help me, this issue has been bothering me for a long time.
