May I ask what you mean by set/toggle delay ? Is it a Network Condition Tool?

Oh, I completely forgot about Network Condition tool. I've been using this instead:

Nevertheless, it would be nice to toggle Network Conditions from Raycast.

Network Condition will affect your entire network. If you only need a single Map Local Rule, use Map Local Delay is the best way to do

But in Network Condition you specify affected host, so I don't think it affects the entire network?

if you specify a host, it only affects this host.
